Faisal Alrasheed has over 18 years of experience in human resources, corporate governance and corporate services within the financial and investment sectors. He oversees several functions, including Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Procurement, Corporate Services, communications, marketing and Facilities Management.
Prior to joining BSF Capital, Faisal held leadership roles at Samba Capital and Samba Financial Group. He is also a current member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC).
Faisal holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from The British University in Dubai, and executive certifications from London Business School and the University of Cambridge.
