Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately. • Enter financial data into accounting software to ensure up-to-date and error-free records. • Review and process invoices, verifying amounts and resolving discrepancies as needed. • Assist in reconciling account balances and preparing related reports. • Maintain organized and secure records of financial transactions for easy retrieval. • Support the team with administrative tasks related to accounting and finance. • Communicate with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries and resolve issues. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance accuracy in accounting processes. • Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting tasks. • Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with invoice processing and resolving related discrepancies. • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members. • A background in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
