Athletic Trainer – Ortho Clinic (Full Time, Days) Location: Helena, Montana The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in Helena, MT, seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join their Orthopedic Clinic team. This role focuses on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and patient education while supporting orthopedic providers and patients through all stages of treatment and recovery. The Athletic Trainer will conduct assessments, develop individualized rehabilitation programs, apply therapeutic modalities, and ensure safe return-to-activity protocols. In addition to hands-on patient care, this position plays an integral role in clinic operations and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to deliver the highest level of orthopedic and sports medicine care.
