Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our service team, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service and their Ferrari vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their service needs and concerns.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and consultations to determine service requirements and provide accurate estimates.

Prepare and present detailed repair orders and service recommendations to clients, explaining the scope of work and associated costs.

Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of all service work.

Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the service process.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ferrari vehicles, service techniques, and industry trends.

Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Strive to achieve service department goals and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; automotive service or business management degree preferred.

Previous experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably in a luxury or high-performance dealership, is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and service operations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
