💵  Pay Range: $21.40 per hour
🕒  Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Our client, a subsidiary of a major international heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking  CNC Machine Operators to join their operations team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery with proficiency in fixtures, tooling, controls, and routine maintenance.
• Perform deburring and surface protection on workpieces.
• Take precise measurements and conduct evaluations to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, downtime, and quality.
• Assist with fixture setup and maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of recent machine operation experience, preferably in metal cutting or fabrication.
• Ability to measure accurately using various tools and perform basic shop math.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CNC operating requirements and cutting tools.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members and engineers.
• Understanding of manufacturing standards, procedures, and safety policies.
