As an EHA Computer Services Technician, you will join a team dedicated to ensuring IT Assets are configured securely, supported and properly maintained. This position works directly with the IT Department and other EHA departments to ensure that technology needs are filled, as well as complying with EHA policy. This position will work collaboratively with the IT and HR team to ensure that technology needs of employees are provided on schedule and assets are tracked and properly disposed of. The ideal candidate will care deeply about our mission and will be a self-starter, exercise independent judgement, learn and execute technical requirements, and excel at working with our staff to resolve technology related issues.
