Four Winds Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric inpatient services that treats children adolescents and adults, is seeking an IT Support Technician (Entry Level). The IT Support Technician provides first-line technical assistance to staff at Four Winds Hospital (Katonah and Saratoga). This position is responsible for responding to help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. Support is provided in person, by phone, and through remote tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for desktops, laptops, printers, and hospital applications.
• Respond to service tickets, emails, and calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Document all issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
• Support telehealth and video conferencing systems as needed.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior MIS staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in scheduled training, meetings, and projects as assigned.
• Perform related duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent technical training or hands-on experience may be considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Experience with Microsoft Products, windows OS and basic networking preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $28.21.
