Are you an early riser with a passion for leadership and making a difference? Join our team as a Janitorial Coordinator , where you'll oversee and train individuals with disabilities while ensuring top-quality cleaning services across our contract sites.
Location: Quicksburg
Hours: 4:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Full-Time).
Hourly - $16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities· Lead and train janitorial crews, including individuals with disabilities
· Oversee daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, floor care.
· Maintain records, timesheets, and inventory
· Ensure quality control and contract fulfillment
· Provide transportation to job sites
· Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve efficiency
Requirements:Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
· Strong leadership and motivational skills
· Professional communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of janitorial procedures
· Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to lift up to 150 lbs occasionally
· CPR, First Aid, and other certifications (training provided if needed)
· Respectful of confidentiality and human rights
· Willing to jump in wherever needed
