Position Overview:
As a Customer Service & Pizza Preparation Representative, you will engage with customers while expertly handling orders and crafting pizzas to perfection. Your outgoing personality and energetic demeanor will be essential in creating a memorable customer experience. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operating all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
• Preparing food products to meet company standards.
• Receiving and processing orders via phone and in-person.
• Conducting inventory and ensuring paperwork is accurate.
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility.

Essential Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for order processing and making change.
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination for efficient order entry.
• Physical ability to lift 40-50 lbs as needed.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor to foster customer relationships.
