Job Description
Maintains flower beds and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, mulching and weeding. Waters plants and lawns and adds fertilizer as needed. Installs outdoor lighting, patios, and sprinkler systems. Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed.
-Must have driver's license (snowplow experience a bonus)
-Nondrug use environment. Prefer non-smoker (Drug testing)
-90-day minimum probationary period
-Experience a plus, but will train the right person
-Must have a desire to change the world
-Must seek to be better in everything you do
-Must be detailed oriented and seek to learn and improve
-Must have a drive to own your work and desire to grow towards owning your own business
-Spring to Fall hours may be Sunday-Friday, possibly long hours. Friday night to Saturday night off, except for snow removal if necessary
-Winter hours vary based on snow
-Organized and neat preferred
-Desire to grow and improve
-Detailed oriented and client focused
-Must strive to learn new skills daily and improve yourself in everything
