Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage DocuSign accounts, user roles, groups, and permissions.
Create and maintain templates, envelopes, and signing workflows.
Integrate DocuSign with enterprise applications (e.g., Doxis).
Manage API integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and security requirements.
Support end-users with DocuSign setup, troubleshooting, and usage training.
Monitor system performance, usage reports, and audit logs.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize document management and approval workflows.
Stay updated with DocuSign product enhancements and recommend improvements.
