Equipment Shop Clerk
Overall Job Summary
The Equipment Shop Clerk is responsible for working with all Departments to support our remote service efforts. You will also oversee the daily inventory equipment changes along with our vehicle fleet records. The candidate will also be expected to maintain our inventory control procedures and assist in ordering the replenishment of all inventory. This position will dispatch to jobs sites for deliveries as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Work within our system to organize and maintain current inventory on all equipment premise assets
· Manage all upkeep and records around our vehicle fleet
· Arrange and coordinate part delivery for our technical remote jobs
· Delivering parts to our field technicians
· Keep Shop area clean and organized
· Organize all Tools and build part inventory
· Tracking all deliveries and shipments from the shop
· Preparing Job boxes for upcoming projects
· Driving Vans, Trucks, Forklifts and Flat Beds
· Prepare and submit reports to management on the progress of the above
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Possess organizational and communication skills
· Able to meet deadlines
· Possess basic mechanical skills
· Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
· Proficient with computer skills
