Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Salary: $60K-$65K PLUS Quarterly Bonuses

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 25–35 housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in all housekeeping activities.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to encourage growth and excellence.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to address guest requests, resolve issues, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare reports on department performance, staffing, and budgets as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in hotel housekeeping management, preferably in a full-service or luxury property.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills , with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior guest experiences.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software and inventory management systems preferred.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
