Job Title: Experienced Furniture Installer

Department: Furniture

Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Reports To: Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, unload, and distribute furniture orders.
• Assemble and install furniture per specifications; inspect for proper operability.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance (uniform provided).
• Document installations, deliveries, and punch items in company systems (MOSS, CORE).
• Read and interpret blueprints, including workstation layouts, panel systems, and electrical components.
• Install panels, case goods, wall tracks, and troubleshoot power issues.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other trades on-site; address changes or issues promptly.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring tools, equipment, and schedules are followed.
• Attend pre-install meetings for large projects and ensure layouts match design specifications.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and prepare for next-day jobs.
• Strategically resolve unexpected issues to keep projects on track.
• Close out jobs with customers and ensure satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of furniture installation experience.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and tape measure.
• All tools will be provided
• Valid driver’s license and current DOT physical.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs regularly.
