The anticipated hiring salary is $100,000 - $103,000 per year and is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Athletics, the incumbent will be responsible for the administration of an NCAA Division I Womens Soccer program to: (a) ensure the health, well?being and academic success of the student?athletes; (b) develop and sustain a Soccer program that is highly competitive within the Pac?12 conference with a goal of advancement to NCAA post?season competition; (c) negotiate and secure a strong non?conference schedule that includes an element of competition versus other competitive Division I programs.
