Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8:30p-8:30a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Need Weekends/Alternating and Holidays). Twelve Shifts Minimum Per Month.
• Total Census Per Provider Per Shift: Varies
• Procedures Required: Inpatient. Taking Care of Cross Coverage. Emergency Department, Stroke, and Heart Patients.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Support: Yes
• Certifications and License Required: Board Certified, Active New York State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks
