Base Salary: $36,000 per year
Commission: Up to 20% (unlimited income potential!)

ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and presenting comprehensive insurance solutions that cater to their unique circumstances.
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and utilizing company resources to expand the client base.
Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Product Knowledge: Master the products and services offered by McGinness Insurance to provide accurate and thorough advice to clients.
Training Participation: Actively participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any inquiries and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Networking: Build strong relationships within the community to promote McGinness Insurance solutions.
RequirementsLicensing: Must be able to obtain a Washington State Insurance License within the first month of employment.
Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
Motivated: Desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry with ambition to advance.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at listening, questioning, and establishing trust with clients.
Technology: Comfort with adapting to new technology and using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales processes.
Availability: Must be able to work from the Everett, Washington office and have reliable transportation.
