Join the leading investment bank to the healthcare and life science industries as an Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Analyst. You will support the execution of equity and equity-linked financing transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, structured deals, and convertible debt for leading healthcare companies. Execute transactions as an Analyst on the ECM team, supporting deal processes from origination through closing Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, offering memoranda, and roadshow presentations Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and monitor healthcare sector capital markets activity Coordinate due diligence processes and assist with SEC filings and regulatory documentation Interact directly with current and prospective clients, including management teams, CFOs, and boards of directors Work closely with the broader investment banking team to coordinate client coverage, deal origination, and execution Collaborate with equity research, trading, syndicate, legal counsel, and other advisors throughout transactions Experience & Education Minimum one year of investment banking experience, preferably in equity capital markets or healthcare coverage Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with exemplary academic record Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution Technical Skills Advanced financial modeling capabilities (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet preferred Experience with SEC filings (S-1, S-3, 10‑K, 10‑Q) preferred Professional Skills & Attributes Outstanding written and oral communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative working style Professional demeanor appropriate for client‑facing responsibilities Intellectual curiosity and passion for the healthcare industry Licensing Series 79 and Series 63 licenses preferred; required to obtain if not currently licensed upon joining Competitive base salary of $110,000 – $125,000 Performance‑based bonus and comprehensive benefits Exposure to high‑profile healthcare transactions and marquee clients Mentorship from experienced professionals with deep healthcare expertise Clear career advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Prospect Rock Partners
