About Aerospacelab Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services. Since its creation in 2018, the company has already grown substantially. Our team gathers more than 25 engineering expertise, from hardware design to software development & data science. Your Mission We are building the future of 5G connectivity in space. As part of Aerospacelab, you will design, implement, and deploy 5G protocol stack components tailored for Non-Terrestrial Networks. You will work alongside experienced engineers to help bring high-performance wireless communication over satellite links to life. You are a curious and motivated engineer, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re excited by the challenge of working on deep-tech systems and passionate about seeing your contributions have real-world impact. Duties Design, implement and validate 5G NR NTN gNB L2/L3 features according to 3GPP specifications Develop Aerospacelab-specific enhancements Build performance tests, unit tests, logging, and support infrastructure to ensure software quality Deploy and validate software in lab and field environments, including satellite link emulation and hardware-in-the-loop systems Must have Academic or practical experience in telecommunications, embedded systems, or software engineering Familiarity with 3GPP 5G specifications and protocol stack concepts Programming skills in C/C++ or Rust Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset Nice to Have Experience with DPDK for high-throughput data processing Experience in embedded software development Ability to analyze and troubleshoot low-level system performance bottlenecks Exposure to 5G stack development Interest in satellite communications and NTN systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Aerospacelab
