About the Role As a Junior Backend Engineer, you’ll be part of a supportive team that’s designing and building APIs and services to support our rapidly expanding platform. This is a hands‑on learning opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to projects that are critical to XILO’s success. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of scalable APIs for XILO’s platform. Learn how to optimize backend systems for performance and reliability. Contribute to database queries and enhancements to support high‑volume API traffic. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrations.
