Join Our Team as a Licensed Professional Counselor (Hybrid)! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges? Changing Lives at Home Mental Health Inc. (CLHMH) is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a state-licensed and Joint Commission accredited mental health agency, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adults in the Baltimore City/County areas through our community-based behavioral health programs. At CLHMH, we prioritize quality assurance, outstanding service, and exceptional rehabilitative care for our clients. Daily Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of clients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and supportive therapy Collaborate with the clinical team to set treatment goals and develop plans Advise on the development and implementation of rehabilitation services Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach with other counselors and healthcare professionals Required Skills: Experience in psychotherapy and counseling adults and minors with mental illness and substance abuse disorders - minimmum of one year. Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field Maryland licensure as LCPC or LGPC Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting Benefits: CLH offers competitive fee-for-service pay, tuition reimbursement, and flexible hours. CLH will also provide free supervision hours to obtain full licensure. Work Schecule: The therpaist had the opportunity to set their own scheudle to render services. It is suggested that servces are rendered during the times and days the office is open for administrative support. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
