Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler - 1st Shift or 2nd shift ($19-21/hr)

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Light Industrial Assembler at our Delaware, Ohio facility. Our location specializes in the manufacturing of power products, where you will be assembling large 30x50 foot electrical bins and running various cables throughout. We are seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to our long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large electrical bins measuring 30x50 feet.
• Run various cables throughout the bins.
• Assemble parts for various electrical and mechanical components.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Follow blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or auto mechanics.
• Experience in wiring and cabling.
• Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and climate-controlled manufacturing facility that hosts about 80 people on the production floor. The environment supports collaboration and growth, offering a structured schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM for the normal shift and extended hours for overtime. Dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
