Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team on the 2nd Shift!

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our machinery, buildings, and equipment. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in at least two trades among building, electrical, or mechanical work
• Two or more years of experience in plant and building maintenance
• Knowledge of safety protocols such as lockout/tagout and confined space procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills to detect defects and perform precise repairs or adjustments
• Ability to interpret sketches, diagrams, and technical instructions
• Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively
• Physical fitness, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with contingency plans and emergency procedures
• Familiarity with computer-based maintenance management systems
• Additional trades certifications or technical training

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of at least the 10th grade
• Two or more years in building, electrical, or mechanical trades, with hands-on maintenance experience
• Equivalent combinations of training and experience are also valued

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work long shifts of up to 12 hours, five days a week
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality standards
• Physically capable of sustained activity on a shop floor environment
