We’re seeking a Marketing Communications Manager who will bring the Accelevation narrative to life — ensuring our employees, customers, and communities see, hear, and feel who we are. This role partners directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (Chief Storyteller) and collaborates with HR, executive leadership, and business units across manufacturing, field operations, and corporate teams. The Marketing Communications Manager will lead internal and external storytelling, crafting content that connects people to our mission, celebrates our culture, and amplifies our leadership voice. This is an onsite role —we believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. You’ll be part of a high-energy, collaborative environment where decisions are made fast, and wins are celebrated in real time. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, Marketing, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Product, and Leadership to align and deliver consistent communications across the company. Tailor messaging for different audiences - from manufacturing floors and field teams to corporate functions - ensuring clarity and connection. Develop and execute a unified internal and executive communications strategy that reinforces Accelevation’s culture, values, and growth vision. Link day-to-day messages to the broader corporate narrative and long-term goals. Content Creation & Storytelling Author compelling presentations, announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, blog articles, and digital signage content for channels such as Viva Engage, internal email, and facility displays. Support leadership with polished, on-brand messaging for company updates, CEO and Founder communications, and key employee moments. Identify stories across teams and translate them into authentic, people-centered narratives that showcase Accelevation’s purpose and pride. Own and maintain an integrated editorial calendar (internal + external) that ensures consistent cadence of leadership updates, HR stories, product news, and cultural highlights. Manage communication platforms including the Accelevation Insider intranet, Viva Engage, and digital signage. Proactively refresh and repurpose content to keep channels engaging and relevant Develop clear, transparent communication plans around organizational changes and key initiatives. Ensure leadership messages are aligned, authentic, and effectively delivered. Employee Recognition & Culture Building Celebrate employees through recognition stories, manufacturing spotlights, and company-wide culture moments. Partner with HR and People leaders to reinforce belonging, values, and purpose Define KPIs and track engagement across all channels (Intranet views, email open rates, Viva activity, LinkedIn reach). Provide quarterly insights and recommendations to improve communications effectiveness and ROI. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, internal communications, or corporate storytelling Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and crafting multi-channel content for diverse audiences. Experience managing internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, email systems, collaboration tools) Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels. Strong organizational skills — able to manage editorial calendars, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Strong visual and digital storytelling capabilities (basic design or layout skills are a plus). Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B technology environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Viva Engage, SharePoint, or similar intranet systems. Knowledge of analytics and engagement tools to track communication effectiveness.
