Were looking for a motivated Manager in Training (MIT) whos ready to learn, lead, and grow into a future Location Manager. This position will initially serve as the Assistant Manager for our Cottleville, MO store while completing our structured training program.

What Youll Do

Learn the Business: Complete our 36 month MIT Training Program, gaining hands-on experience in both Retail and Wholesale operations. Lead with Heart: Support daily operations in Cottleville assisting with customer service, inventory, sales, and team leadership. Grow as a Leader: Work closely with the management team to develop your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Be Ready to Move: Upon successful completion of training, youll be eligible for promotion to Location Manager at one of our stores within our business footprint. Travel: Participate in training and operational visits to other Battery Outfitters locations (travel may be up to one week at a time). What Were Looking For

Strong leadership potential and a desire to grow into management. Retail, sales, or customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred). Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, servant-leadership mindset. Willingness to travel and relocate within our companys footprint. Valid drivers license and ability to safely handle and lift batteries. Dependability, integrity, and a team first attitude.
