Overview PARTS CLERK - HIRING NOW IN - Franklin Park, IL. Compensation: $21.00 – $26.50 per hour. Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm. Company: Pactiv Evergreen is now a part of Novolex. Novolex is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging. Responsibilities Maintains and verifies inventory levels for MRO materials. Orders, organizes, and logs and stores materials for the plant. Assists internal customers with locating and obtaining materials. Performs cycle counts and completes associated documents. Coordinates and arranges delivery of material/equipment from vendors. Reports and orders critically low assets. Verifies vendor and third-party lists. Maintains contractor check-ins and outs of the facility. Uses OEM documentation, historical data and technical support to source parts as required to support the plant. Maintains accurate records of inventory and cost as required by a public company. Maintains neatness of area outside storeroom and related areas; clears stock items from hallways within 24 hours. Addresses and reports safety issues or hazards immediately. Operates a lift truck to move equipment. Maintains excellent safety and attendance records. Performs other duties as assigned. At least two (2) years of inventory management experience. At least one (1) year of SAP experience, preferred. Forklift certified. Demonstrates knowledge of company purchasing procedures and compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications Novolex is committed to equal employment opportunity in all practices.
