Job Description
This position’s purpose is the coordinating, management and flow of people, tasks and resources to ensure efficiency. They will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive information, supporting the CEO and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization and communication. They must be deeply committed to completing tasks “in a Timely Manner” with a high degree of quality and efficiency, attention to detail, and consistent communication. Familiarity with a variety of accounting practices, concepts and procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise Staff and Maintaining all members are following SOPs and making updates as needed
· Monitor and manage office workflow and due dates
· Keep the senior staff informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Maintain contact list
· Ensuring client compliance
· Be the first point of contact in handling client inquiries or complaints
· Provide general support to visitors and clients
· Client relations to include onboarding, offboarding and performing customer satisfaction surveys
· Organize office events and training.
· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in office management or other related fields
· Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Outlook
· Must be a do-er not a dictator
· Must be diplomatic
· Process driven resulting in consistency
· Military background is encouraged to apply
