Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online tutoring and teaching support to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and social studies.
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive online lessons to students of different ages and proficiency levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding and skills.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teaching assistants to develop and improve teaching strategies and materials.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance the online learning experience for students.
- Assist in managing and organizing online classes and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject(s) being taught.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide personalized support to students.
- Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
