Job Description Engagement Scope: Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Benefits Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years) Strong Analytical and Communication skills Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Preferred:- At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integration At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
