Job Description Position: OTM Implementation and Product Support Specialist Be a critical member of the OTM Implementation and Product Support team. Understand Customer Business Processes and Requirements, analyzing their feasibility with respect to OTM features and functionalities. Prepare Project Scope, Business Requirement Blueprints, and Functional Specification Documents. Create Business Process and Application Level Mapping Documents. Configure and Demonstrate critical end-to-end business scenarios during Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions. Assist Technical teams in translating functional specifications into design specifications. Configure master entities and model customer business requirements according to application standards. Suggest innovative, cost-effective, and effort-efficient solutions for non-standard business requirements. Develop functional Test Cases and Scenario documents. Conduct end-to-end Functional and Integration testing of application modules and custom components. Prepare mapping documents to interface OTM with EDI, WMS, Order Management, and Financial Systems (SAP). Train end users on application functionalities and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide Go-Live and post-implementation support to resolve business issues per SLA agreements. Analyze the feasibility and impact of enhancements or Change Requests (CRs) on existing configurations before implementation. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of missing education.
