Join MyEyeDr as a Patient Service/Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time) and play an essential role in delivering personalized patient experiences through effective front?desk management during check?in and check?out. No optical experience requiredtraining and tools will be provided.
This role reports to the Office General Manager and may require weekend and evening shifts.
Your responsibilities include providing a seamless, timely, and positive check?in/out experience, becoming an expert on insurance plans to verify and educate patients, confirming appointments in partnership with doctors, managing multiple phone lines, greeting walk?ins, scheduling appointments, assisting office staff, and cross?training in roles such as Eyewear Consultant or Optometric Technician as needed. You will collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
