Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA)

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000 (dependent on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: Paid 50% upfront, 50% after one year
• Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
• 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)
• CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
• 10-11 paid holidays annually
• Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
• DEA and license reimbursement
• NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
• Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
• Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen

Responsibilities

• 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week
• 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours
• Deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care including well-child exams, immunizations, and acute and chronic care management
• Provide care to newborns, children, and adolescents in a community-based setting
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, growth, and development
• Participate in a team-oriented environment and help support newer providers

Requirements

• Clear and active Physician Assistant license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• National certification as a Physician Assistant
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
