Position Overview:
A boutique accounting firm in Roswell is looking for a Public Tax Manager to take ownership of tax compliance and advisory services across a diverse client base. This is a high-impact role offering autonomy, professional development, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals and businesses
• Review complex tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, 1120, etc.)
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and seniors
• Handle client communications and deliver high-level service
• Identify tax planning opportunities and ensure compliance with current tax laws

Qualifications:

• CPA license required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Proven experience managing engagements and mentoring teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office
