Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a faith based & mission-driven nonprofit organization based in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. This is an incredible opportunity for a finance professional who wants to make an impact while leveraging their FP&A expertise to support a cause.

This role has a budget between $90,000-$100,000 base salary. Candidates who apply MUST be local to the Chicagoland area able to be in the office in gold coast 4x a week.

In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts, while driving process improvements and operational insights across the organization. The right person will bring both strategic vision and hands-on analytical skills to help guide financial decisions and ensure the organization meets its mission and financial goals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, managing systems, tools, and approvals
  
• Oversee management reporting, variance, and trend analysis to drive accountability and support key operational leaders
  
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation within FP&A systems (OneStream, Lawson, etc.)
  
• Partner cross-functionally to provide insights, build financial plans, and align goals with mission outcomes
  
• Participate in enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives while maintaining strong internal controls

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A experience
  
• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proven business acumen
  
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience (OneStream, Lawson, Hyperion)
  
• Comfort operating in dynamic, mission-driven environments-nonprofit experience preferred
  
• Passion for supporting the mission of a faith based and local community organization
