This position is located in Arlington, VA; however a hybrid model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities Solution Design: Develop and document detailed technical solutions, considering various factors like business requirements, technology standards, and potential risks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and potentially clients, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with overall architecture goals. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, including software and hardware, to meet project requirements within budgetary constraints. Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical standards. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document solution designs, best practices, and relevant knowledge to facilitate future projects and knowledge transfer. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud platforms (like AWS), software development methodologies, and system architectures. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex technical challenges. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $214,800.00.
