Position Overview This long‑term helicopter modernization program seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to support structural repairs, fabrication, installations, and modifications on UH‑60 aircraft. The role spans active production, heavy maintenance, and refurbishment efforts for ongoing fleet sustainment programs. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled structural maintenance on UH-60 aircraft Inspect, repair, replace, and fabricate sheet metal components and assemblies Conduct structural repairs and modifications in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and blueprints Perform drilling, riveting, forming, bending, cutting, and fitting of aircraft‑grade metals Ensure structural integrity and compliance with all quality and safety standards Collaborate with technicians, leads, and engineering to address complex structural issues Document all inspections, repairs, and installations accurately and thoroughly Maintain proper tool control and follow all maintenance and safety procedures Requirements Eight to ten years of aircraft sheet metal experience Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural repair manuals Proficiency with standard sheet metal fabrication and repair techniques Experience with hand and power tools used in aircraft structural work High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality repairs Must meet all program compliance requirements, including background checks and standard testing Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. driver’s license Must have basic tools or obtain them within the first two weeks Contract‑to‑hire opportunity Split per diem available for those who qualify Weekly pay after the first week How to Apply If you have UH-60 sheet metal structural experience and are seeking a long‑term opportunity in aircraft maintenance, please send your resume or reach out for more information.
