Overview Shokz Brand Ambassador – 2020 Companies (Best Buy) Part‑time, seasonal position (Saturday & Sunday only). Weekly pay of $23 per hour (average 12‑17 hours). Additional shifts available on key shopping days. Application period is currently open. About The Role As a Shokz Brand Ambassador you will be the primary point of contact for shoppers at Best Buy. You will demonstrate Shokz products, answer questions, and guide customers to the best audio solutions for their needs. Your role includes building rapport, maintaining visual displays, and contributing to team sales goals. Key Responsibilities Engage customers by presenting Shokz ear‑bud and headphone selections. Demonstrate product features and solve customer inquiries. Maintain clean, attractive product displays and give up‑to‑date promotion information. Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports via mobile device. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with associate and supervising staff to foster a positive retail environment. Adhere to all company policies, including EEO and disability accommodation guidelines. Work approved weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday each week) and any additional key‑day shifts. Own a functional smartphone to facilitate communication and reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of experience in retail, electronics, telecom, or related sales. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for audio technology and ability to explain its benefits. Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Ready to work weekends and flexible weekday shifts as required. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 lbs, and reach for extended periods.
