What Youll Be Responsible For:

The Manager, Social Media will oversee the companys social media strategy and execution in order to drive awareness, traffic, engagement and conversion. This role interacts cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Public Relations, Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce Business teams to support their respective objectives while ensuring consistency in the Vince voice and tone.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for social media, fashion, culture and luxury combined with a business-minded and integrated brand approach. This role will be responsible for the overall social editorial content calendar, creative partnerships and activations with content creators and influencers with the aim of engaging audiences with a brand-aligned and thoughtful approach.

• Oversee and execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns and day-to-day activities while optimizing and monetizing the brands presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant social media platforms
• Establish and foster relationships with content creators and influencers
• Attend photoshoots to capture BTS and other social-specific content
• Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools
• Establish and execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for new product launches, store openings and brand partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to orchestrate seasonal campaign and collection initiatives, gifting programs and press previews voice of the Vince brand
• Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and benchmark and research competitor and industry leaders in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services and vendors and provide recommendations
• Will be very involved in content creation, photoshoot, look books etc., for two seasonal collections Pre- Spring and Spring

Qualifications/Experience Were Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media
• 5-7 years experience in leading social media strategy & execution social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Well-versed in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools
• Experience in successfully concepting and managing strategic social marketing initiatives
• Strong collaborator with experience working with cross-functional partners in achieving marketing or business results
• Resourceful self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
• Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to convey concepts and information in a succinct and visually compelling way
