Position Details

Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Fox Lake, IL (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan individual and corporate income tax returns
• Assist with financial statement compilation and review
• Handle payroll and sales tax return preparation
• Provide bookkeeping services and support client audits
• Collaborate with clients on financial planning and tax strategies

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting
• CPA license or active progress toward certification
• Proficiency in Lacerte, Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential data professionally
