The Store Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety of customers and employees by preventing theft and managing security systems within a retail store. The role requires law enforcement or military experience, strong conflict management skills, and coordination with community partners and emergency responders. The position is part-time, offers competitive pay and benefits, and emphasizes customer service and loss prevention strategies.
