Position Overview
Are you ready to take your structural engineering career to the next level? Whether you're just getting started or bringing a decade of experience to the table, we're looking for a Structural Engineer who's passionate about design, detail, and delivering projects that make a real impact.

What You'll Do:
You'll work on a variety of building types-low-rise commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional facilities. Your work will include:

• Designing with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
• Slab, floor system, column, wall, and foundation design
• Performing lateral analysis and structural detailing
• Coordinating with our CAD/BIM team and other disciplines
• Responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and attending project meetings
• Conducting site visits and observations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Revit Structure is a plus)
• Experience with RAM, TEDDS, RISA, ADAPT, or similar design software
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
