Job Description & RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13–16 week Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Iowa . This is a weekend-only position offering 12-hour day shifts , a guaranteed schedule , and an ASAP start . This role is RN-only and ideal for candidates seeking a consistent weekend schedule.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Support resident comfort, safety, and quality of care during weekend coverage
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Ability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
This travel assignment is ideal for RNs seeking a weekend-only role , guaranteed hours , and experience in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care environment .
