Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license or diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications Requirements: Current CPR certification, BLS certification, and Mental Health Certification (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of RN experience in clinic settings, mental health experience strongly preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule, excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care approach

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to outpatient patients with diverse mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Execute medical procedures and administer medications in accordance with facility protocols.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and coping strategies.
