Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Contract

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting. This opportunity offers 30 guaranteed hours per week with a flexible schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ functional independence and quality of life.

• Certification as a COTA required

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and functional independence
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care
