$5,000Sign-On Bonus. We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group seekingexperienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Chestnut Hill,MA . As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicatedhealthcare providers to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Benefits:

• CompetitivePay: Base pay of $75-$85 per hour, with potential bonuses up to $25 per hour,bringing average pay to $96 per hour.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provideurgent care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
• Performassessments, diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, andprescribe treatments.
• Handlea variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions, including minor injuries,illnesses, and infections.
• Administertreatments such as immunizations, wound care, and IV fluids.
• Collaboratewith medical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhereto all protocols, policies, and standards set by the facility and medicalboard.
• Provideeducation to patients and their families about their conditions and preventivehealthcare.

Requirements:

• Currentand valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts.
• Atleast 2 years of experience working in urgent care, emergency medicine, or asimilar fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strongclinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate,patient -centered approach.
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Mustbe available to work every other weekend.
