About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment to lead the strategic and operational management of its end-to-end global supply chain. This executive will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. The role is pivotal in ensuring the company's growth by driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a deep background in global sourcing, transportation, high-volume fulfillment, and supply chain technology, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have 10-15 years' of experience in global supply chain leadership, including at least 5 years' in an executive or senior management role. The role requires a strong understanding of global sourcing, international logistics, customs compliance, and transportation networks, as well as experience with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain analytics tools. A Black Belt certification in Six Sigma or equivalent experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage supply chain P&L, drive cost savings, and lead high-volume, multi-location fulfillment operations, particularly in an e-commerce or retail environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
