Axis Recruiting Solutions, LLC is expanding and looking to hire a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE) to help support our growth in this Tucson Market. This is a great opportunity to join our continuously growing Team within a reputable company. 

*** Recruiter – Recruiting & Staffing Agency (Tucson, AZ) ***

• Complete necessary pre-employment processes including E-Verify, reference checks and background/drug screening tests.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to include: writing job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens & interviews.
• Responsible for all steps associated with the identifications, placement and management of contract and direct hire employees. Directly responsible for maintaining high client requirement fill ratio.
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement employment opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads. Conduct interviews to build my network of available candidates.
• Identify and negotiate appropriate salaries for candidates ranging from entry-level to executive level.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring cycles, identify trends and develop hiring strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience in Recruiting, Sales, Customer Service, or similar roles.
• Understanding of Networking, Sourcing, and Negotiating.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. (Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently.)

* Experience Recruiting Technical and/or Non-Technical skill sets is PREFERRED.
