The Community Organizer recruits members, develops leaders, and supports grassroots campaigns to improve wages, working conditions, and immigrant inclusion. Responsibilities include: Recruiting and training immigrant and low-wage worker members Supporting advocacy, outreach, and mobilization efforts Facilitating meetings, workshops, and community events Building relationships with allies and coalition partners Presenting Know-Your-Rights trainings Qualifications: Commitment to social, economic, and racial justice Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed Reliable transportation Salary & Benefits: Starting at $45,000/year (depending on experience) for a 32‑hour workweek.
