Key Responsibilities Build and execute email marketing campaigns using existing templates and automation tools. Manage campaign setup, QA testing, and deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Partner with stakeholders to develop segmentation strategies and optimize customer journeys. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Support personalization efforts and A/B testing to enhance engagement and deliverability. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with all marketing standards and regulations. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, data, and marketing operations teams. Key Requirements 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles; AMPscript experience a plus. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, adaptable approach. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
