Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and motivating Fitness Coach to lead small group training sessions (PE@PF), provide member instruction, and offer fitness guidance while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead safe, engaging, and effective group training sessions (PE@PF). Actively assist members with proper use of equipment and basic fitness programming. Design and update program templates as needed to accommodate members’ progress. Provide education on Planet Fitness' philosophy and training methods. Ensure gym floor is clean, organized, and all equipment is functioning properly. Build relationships with members and promote a judgment-free, inclusive atmosphere. Encourage member retention by fostering a supportive and goal-focused environment. Qualifications: CPR/AED Certified (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire). Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Ability to continuously stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout shift.
